Frequently Asked Questions

A concise overview before our initial conversation.

Are these services fixed packages?

No. The overview highlights typical areas of support and is intended as guidance. An engagement can begin with a tightly focused roadmap sprint or leadership sparring session and expand, where appropriate, to include tool enablement, change support or operational delivery. During the initial consultation, we determine the scope that genuinely adds value.

Can you support individual projects as well?

Yes. Not every organisation needs a comprehensive transformation programme from the outset. A clearly defined digital project is often the best starting point. We still assess the relevant dependencies across strategy, processes, roles, data and technology to ensure the solution can scale.

What does tool enablement involve?

Tool enablement goes far beyond technical deployment. It covers relevant use cases, roles and permissions, governance, pilots, training, prompting and methodological skills, usage standards and integration into day-to-day work. This ensures tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Jira or Confluence are not merely introduced, but used productively and responsibly.

Do you also support AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot initiatives?

Yes. Support can range from readiness and use-case prioritisation to secure piloting, governance, adoption, prompting skills and success measurement. The right measures depend in particular on your data landscape, protection requirements, target groups and existing Microsoft 365 environment.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Both are possible. Strategic workshops, kick-offs and sensitive alignment sessions often benefit from an on-site setting. Regular meetings, coaching, documentation and operational governance can usually be delivered efficiently remotely. Together, we select a model that balances impact and effort.

Do you take operational responsibility?

Yes. In addition to coaching and advisory, we can actively lead delivery in clearly defined areas, such as building backlogs, establishing governance and reporting, configuring tools or coordinating business teams, IT and external providers. Responsibilities and decision rights are agreed transparently.

How quickly can an engagement begin?

This depends on scope and availability. A diagnostic workshop or focused sparring session can often begin sooner than a long-term programme management engagement. A concise description of your situation is sufficient to define a realistic starting point and the next meaningful steps during the initial consultation.

How is the engagement priced?

Fees depend on objectives, scope, duration, level of responsibility and delivery model. Rather than proposing an oversized package, we first define the smallest effective starting point. You then receive a transparent proposal based on that scope.
